Business service terms

1. Subject
OneVoice Business allows a company to purchase real-time voice translation plans and to assign them to the email addresses of its own team members. The service is provided by Ermes Logic di Giuseppe Liccardi, VAT no. P.iva:03017930185 C.F.LCCGPP78D28G964A .
2. Registration requirements
- Whoever registers the account declares that they are authorised to represent the company indicated.
- The domain of the email address must match the domain of the website declared.
- Addresses on free providers or disposable mailboxes are not permitted.
- The company must prove that it controls the domain (DNS TXT record, file on the site, or meta tag).
- Activation of the account is subject to approval by Ermes Logic, which may be refused with no obligation to give reasons.
3. Free trial
- The trial includes 15 min of transcribed calls, 30 min of calls, 15.000 translation characters and 15.000 text-to-speech characters.
- The credit is shared across the company and is not per individual user.
- The trial is granted only once per company domain and per VAT number.
- It expires 14 days after activation, even if unused.
- Ermes Logic may revoke the trial in the event of anomalous use, attempts to circumvent the limits, or untruthful registration data.
4. Plans and seats
- Each seat is associated with a single verified email address, assigned through the customer administration panel.
- Allowances are renewed each month on the seat activation date. Unused allowances do not carry over.
- The company administrator may reassign a seat to another address: reassignment clears any credit remaining in that cycle.
- One-off top-ups remain usable for 12 months, and only on seats with an active plan.
- The duration of one-to-one calls is charged to the credit of whoever starts the call; in group calls each participant uses their own time in the call. Transcription and translation are charged to whoever is speaking.
- Credit used by a guest invited through a link is charged to the seat that generated the invitation.
5. Payments and invoicing
- Payments are made through Stripe or PayPal. Ermes Logic does not store card details.
- Prices are expressed in euro.
- The invoice is issued using the details held in the company profile at the time of payment.
- Business purchases are made directly on the website and not through the App Store or Google Play.
6. Acceptable use
- The company is responsible for the use its own team members make of the service.
- Reselling seats to third parties, or assigning them to people outside the company, is prohibited.
- Ermes Logic may suspend the account in the event of automated use, attempts to evade the limits, or breach of law.
7. Personal data
Data processing is described in the OneVoice privacy notice. For the business module, Ermes Logic processes the company contact details, the enabled email addresses, and the aggregated usage data required for invoicing and anti-abuse controls.
